My "Perfect" uterus

Today we had the SIS (AKA Sonohysterogram or Saline Ultrasound) at ORM. It was a odd experience to say the least.
The actual procedure did not last long at all they put a catheter through my cervix and filled my uterus with saline while using a internal ultrasound to make sure that there was nothing abnormal in my uterus.
Everything went as planned and I was told I have a "Perfect Uterus"
I do have to go back next week for two more tests plus I have to make an appointment to get my blood work done, and the husband and I still have to do our Psych Evaluations.

All of that should be done within the next week or so though! We are moving forward at full speed! Lots of updates to come!

Testing moving forward

I think anyone who has been reading this blog has realized that Surrogacy such a "hurry up and wait" process. I have turned in my paper work multiple times (3rd time was the charm), I called doctor offices multiple times to make sure they actually sent my medical records, spent more time on the phone with insurance companies than anyone ever should have to. BUT it is finally time to move forward!

We have been working on contract points and this month I will FINALLY get my testing done! This means if we get contracts done soon like expected we could start medication for the transfer in JULY! I have to say I am so excited that this is happening!

Who knew I would be excited to give myself shots.
